These are the TV problems we cannot repair.

• Replacement of cracked or broken screens or displays on LCD, plasma or regular televisions. These cannot be repaired or replaced. The good news is that, in the case of LCD and plasma flat screen televisions , we will pay you to haul away your broken television (we use it for parts). The payment varies, but it is usually between $25 to $100. This beats paying for proper disposal, or the $750 fine you can be assessed for improper disposal.
• Fire damage. We will troubleshoot it, but often the damage is too extensive to fix.
• Water damage. Again, we will take a look, but often the damage is too big to fix.
• A television that has been dropped, or otherwise damaged extensively (usually the screen is damaged, so see above).

What can we repair or replace on your TV? Just about everything else:

• Bad colors

• Replacement/repair projection lamps
